TripleS Malaysia has since went through our 150th day anniversary recently and as you can see, TS followers here are growing steadily day by day. We are now pleased to announce on our Blog's successful expansion - THANKS to ALL of YOU!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do I automatically get signed up under the new membership program since I have already emailed my details as a follower previously?
   No. Your previous registration with us prior to Dec 2nd 2009 is as a TripleS Malaysia follower on the blog, and for us to keep your details for future contacts.
   
   To fully enjoy our new membership perks listed above, this comes with the new membership card which requires you to email us your registration on your new membership.
   
   If you are interested for this new membership, please fill in the Triple S Malaysia Membership Application.
2. Is there a fee to register for the new membership card?
   Yes. An annual fee of RM15 is charged. Membership fees collected will contribute towards TripleS Malaysia's expenditure budget for concert plans and SS501 related activities
   
   
3. If I am not interested in the Membership Program, do I still have to email to you, even though I am already a follower?
   No, you are not required to email us. Your status as a follower will remain, and will not be revoked.
   
   
4. Can I still continue to be a follower if I do not participate in this new membership program?
   Of course you can! You just need to fill in the Triple S Malaysia Membership Application, if you have not done so yet.
   
   However, kindly be advised that as a follower, you will not be able to fully enjoy the perks and benefits listed above as part of the new membership program.
   
   
5. What is the difference between Follower vs Member?
   A Member would need to register to our new membership Program which comes with your own Membership card and member ID no @ RM15 per annum and gets to enjoy the above listed benefits.
   
   A Follower will not be entitled to the listed benefits. You will however, still continue to enjoy all the current accessibilities to our club's posts and data as the same previously. You should also send in your details to us as a follower (refer to Q4 above), so we will loop you in our email escalations for any events we are planning.
   
   
6. After I sent in my member application, how do I pay for the membership fee?
   Refer to the payment details section above. Please also notify us once you have made the payment with the necessary transaction details/date & time.
   
   
7. Can I purchase the items sold in the Online Store if I did not join the membership program?
   Yes, everyone can purchase all items sold in our Online Store, regardless of whether you are our member, follower or non member/follower. However, only exclusive members who are registered in our membership program get to purchase certain items at a discounted member’s price.
